The MLS Foundation's Patient Assistance Program provides essential ostomy supplies to Bahamians in financial need — because no one should go without the care they require.
The Reality of Ostomy Care Costs
It costs, on average, $4,200.00 annually to supply one person with the ostomy products they need. Our program exists to bridge this gap for those who cannot afford it.
Reach out to us by phone or email to express your interest in the Patient Assistance Program. Our team will guide you through the process.
Complete our application form with your personal details, medical information, and documentation from your healthcare provider confirming your ostomy status.
Our team reviews each application with care and confidentiality. We assess need based on financial circumstances and supply requirements.
Approved applicants receive their ostomy supplies directly. We work to ensure every ostomate in the Bahamas has access to the supplies they need.
We work with suppliers to provide a comprehensive range of ostomy products. The specific supplies provided depend on each individual's medical needs and the type of ostomy they have.
